It has been great to see several BJA related projects coming to realisation. These include:
The £27m redevelopment of Norwich Castle including £13m from the NLHF. BJA prepared the NLHF project business plan and the marketing and communications strategy.
‘Bryn Jones Associates were appointed as the consultants to produce the Business Plan & Marketing Plan for our HLF Round 2 submissions for our major Norwich Castle Gateway to Medieval England project.
My colleagues and I found Bryn and his team very good to work with. They were clearly focused on giving us accurate and realistic projections on income and visitor growth based on a thorough and sound analysis of current operations and opportunities. I was always confident that their work was grounded in reality rather than unrealistic aspiration. I was very impressed by both their approach and final report and would have no hesitation in recommending Bryn and his team.’

Assistant Head of Museums (Head of Service Delivery), Norfolk Museums Service
Scaplen's Court & Garden re-opens, the first phase of the £10m re-developed Poole Museum. BJA prepared the governance, management and admission charges options appraisal.
‘Bryn Jones Associates are a highly engaged consultancy, and the team went above and beyond in understanding our activity and drivers, exploring previously unconsidered lines of enquiry, and delivering extensive research and proposals in their preliminary briefing and final report.’

Former Head of Culture
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council
Historic England have given their backing to the proposed £4m, privately funded, Castle Hill Heritage Visitor Centre. BJA prepared the feasibility, business and operatinoal plan for the centre at this ancient scheduled monument.
‘The project had been struggling to move forward until Bryn Jones Associates (BJA) were recommended to us by Historic England to develop the business plan. As well as the research, income generation strategy and financial projections, Bryn and his team developed the offer and positioning of the new attraction, the customer experience options which would be most viable and best placed for external funding. This included the governance and management model that would be most suitable for this project. They worked closely and constructively with all key stakeholders. They were challenging, objective and realistic. They went over and above what was expected. I have no hesitation in recommending BJA for other similar projects and pieces of work.’
